Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MVProShop. This policy explains how and when your order ships. 

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During team-order periods, sales, or new-season launches, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship within the United States via USPS / UPS. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and the option chosen at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your items and destination. 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order leaves our store, it's in the carrier's hands, and delivery can be affected by factors outside our control. If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged.
